Thank you for shopping with The Wall Art Journal. Each piece in our collection is carefully made to order once your purchase is completed. Because of the custom nature of our products, we offer returns and refunds only in specific cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will be happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement.
Change of Mind or Order Errors
As each artwork is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or design
- Preferences around color or framing
We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. If you’re unsure about something, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help before you order.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your case, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
