Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer global shipping through our trusted print partner, Gelato. Your order is printed as close to you as possible to reduce delivery times and environmental impact. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at contact@wallartjournal.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders. As clear as it gets.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically printed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

Rest of World: 5–10 working days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where is my order?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Can’t find it or have a question? Contact us at contact@wallartjournal.com with your order number.
Order Help
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us as soon as possible at contact@wallartjournal.com with your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us immediately with your updated address details and order number.
Something wrong with my order?
We're here to help. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@wallartjournal.com with a photo and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a free replacement or refund.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email info@wallartjournal.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
My print arrived damaged — what now?
We’re sorry! Please send us a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Printing & Paper
What kind of prints do you offer?
All our prints use premium giclée fine art printing on 200gsm FSC-certified paper. Expect rich colors, crisp detail, and a smooth matte finish that reduces glare.
How long do the prints last?
Our prints are museum-quality and archival — made to last over 100 years with proper care. We use fade-resistant inks for vibrant, lasting results.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of standard sizes in both cm and inches, depending on your location. Sizes are shown on each product page.
Do you sell framed prints?
Currently, we sell unframed prints only. This allows you to choose the perfect frame for your space. Need help picking a frame size? Just ask us!
